the thesis
The life I have led has evolved, shifted, and transformed in ways I never could have imagined. My worldly interactions today are markedly different than those I experienced just a few years ago. I know that those I experience just around the bend will be equally as diverse.
The growing pains I have felt in this, both personally and in the many organizations I have had the opportunity to both succeed and fail in, have been poignant and palpable.
My calling -- my deepest mission -- is to help guide and facilitate those individuals and collectives who wish to lean into change, embrace it, as a means of unleashing their own expression into the world.

Dual session
Take a pause to get centered and orient yourself or your organization. After a deep and detailed needs assessment, dive into a collaboration of presence. At the end of these two sessions, you will find a snapshot of clarity and a set of practices to help keep you there.
catalyze
short program
Custom tailored to individuals or organizations over a span of three to six months, Catalyze programs are for those seeking to fire a salvo of insight and momentum into their worlds. Innovative and diverse touchpoints make this program ideal to get your world underway.
realize
long program
A flagship offering over a duration of eight to twelve months, Realize programs work every aspect of the individuals and organizations who undertake them. Including all the methods of the Catalyze program, we go deeper still in order to bring full and lasting transformation.

The work I do takes me into a variety of areas, moving fluidly between the areas of individual, entrepreneurial, and organizational coaching.
